Where is your Shop located?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a physical shop yet. We are available online only for now.

Can I Pick Up my order?

**Pick up is NOT available during Alert Level 4 restrictions in Auckland**

You are more than welcome to order online and pick up from us. Same-day pick up is subject to availability. Please contact us first, to arrange all pick ups.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do. You can view our shipping rates and info here.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a link to your tracking details, as soon as your order has been picked up from us by our local courier. (Please note that our email notifications can sometimes end up in your spam folder).  

Do you design and make all of your products yourself?

We sure do!

Can you make custom products/earrings?

Yes, we can. Get in touch with us to discuss your needs.  

Where is Mamanu based?

We are based in South Auckland, Aotearoa.
