Returns & Refunds Policy

We take extra care in the making and packaging of each of our products.

However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please do not hesitate to email us (mamanu.co.nz@gmail.com) within 3 days of its delivery and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund option with you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will need to provide proof of purchase and a clear photo of the damaged item(s).

Also, before you place an order, please read the item description(s) carefully and triple-check that you have entered the correct delivery address as we do not accept returns or refunds on orders due to a change of mind.
